What We Are Working On: We are excited to transition from snow and winter themes into Valentine fun, hearts, love and kindness! We will be reading a book called “Have You Filled a Bucket Today” By Carol McCloud. We will have several lessons and activities around this book to teach the children to be bucket fillers by spreading kindness, compassion and happiness. We will also talk about ANIMALS! House pets, zoo animals, water animals, jungle animals and also some discussion about Presidents Day. Winter assessments continue as we prepare for April conferences. Reminder, each child is self paced. We work on skills based on each individual age, need, ability and interest level. Every child by name and need!

It is just good for them to be exposed to seeing them. It will help a great deal when they reach kindergarten.
